Auto 2A: 1st trimester This class covers Brake theory and repair as well as Ignition systems Auto 2B: 2nd trimester This class goes through engine theory of mechanical problems and rebuilding an engine If a student wants to rebuild his or her engine they must have the engine out of the vehichle and in the auto shop no later than thanksgiving break Auto 2C: 3rd trimester This class covers the theory of alternators, starters, testing and repairing these systems for 6 weeks The last 6 weeks the student is allowed to work on his or her own project with in reason. Must take at least two Auto 2 classes to move onto Auto 3 and the student must be a senior Must pass Auto 2 with a C grade or higher to take Auto 3 |
