Drop-Off Procedure:

1. Designated Drop-Off Zone: Use the designated area for dropping off students, which is located in the front of the school near the main entrance.

2. Time: Arrive during the specified drop-off window 7:45 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. to avoid congestion and ensure the safety of all students.

3. Parking: Do not park or leave your vehicle in the drop-off zone. It’s usually a “kiss-and-go” area where you briefly stop to let your child out. If you need to enter the school to drop off your child, use the designated parking areas and avoid leaving your vehicle in the drop-up lanes.

4. Unloading: Have your child exit the vehicle from the passenger side if possible (the side closest to the curb) to minimize the risk of accidents..

Pick-Up Procedure:

1. Designated Pick-Up Area: Head to the designated pick-up zone, which is located in the front of the school near the main entrance. Follow signs or school staff directions.

2. Time: Arrive within the specified pick-up window 3:50 p.m.-4:00 p.m..

3. Safety: Children are often called to the pick-up area or dismissed directly to their waiting parents or guardians. Follow staff instructions to ensure students are safely escorted to their cars.

4. Parking: If you need to enter the school to pick up your child, use the designated parking areas and avoid leaving your vehicle in the pick-up lanes.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedure during school hours 8:00 a.m. to 3:50 p.m.:

1. Parking: You will need to enter the school building to drop off your child or pick them up during school hours. Use the designated parking areas.

2. Sign-In/Sign-Out:  Parents or guardians need to sign the log when they drop off or pick up their child, especially if the student is leaving during school hours. This helps the school keep track of who is coming and going.

3. Permission Slips:  If student is being picked up by someone other than parents or guardians, written permission is required. 

Bus Note Procedure:

1. If a student needs to ride a different bus or leave school with someone else riding a bus, we require a written note or form from a parent or guardian. (A bus note is on the Inkom website page)
