· Expenses Over $15,000: Ednetics for Lightspeed, Amira for IStation & Amira reading, Gem State Paper for Custodial Supplies were approved.
· Transportation Report: Bus Routes, Back-up Stops, In Lieu of Transportation (can be found on our website under transportation) were approved.
· District Current Working Projects: Athletic and Performing Arts Center Production Lighting Replacement we discussed.
Highlights from the August 10, 2026 Board Meeting:
· Bank Information: Change request for Banking Account Information to represent new Superintendent/Principal Sweat and Principals Kent and Jackson were approved.
· Overnight Trips: MVHS Cross Country Overnight Trips to Montana were approved.
· Participation Fee: Participation Fees reduced to $100 per sport
· Elementary School Handbooks: Were approved
· 2026/2027 Classified Employee Pay: Approval for pay rate to remain at the same rate as 2025/2026 was approved.
· Supplemental Levy: Wording for a November 2026 levy was approved.
